You are invited to get to know the main energy centers of your body intensively, because they have a far-reaching influence on your physical, emotional and mental well-being. In the workshop we get to know the root chakra as the first essential main chakra of our energy system and heal it. A balanced root chakra brings us serenity, grounding, basic trust and a stable connection to earth. The energies of the sacral chakra are then connected to our etheric and emotional body and condition the creative flow of pure life energy or our passion for life. At the same time, it is important for the expression and feeling of emotions. Together with the enlightened teacher we learn how we can heal energetic imbalances through various exercises, mantras, external aids or colors and find an energetic balance in the chakras for more happiness in life.
