Man and universe

 The wisdom of Swami Omkarananda contained in this book wants to convey something very precious to mankind: the knowledge of the unity of man and universe, of spirit and matter, which connects one with the other. It is shown that it is only our point of view that imposes the shackles of duality on us; that a common consciousness underlies all that is created, permeates and sustains it.
